Roof Repairs

BEFORE REPAIRS

This Ballasted EPDM Roof had a Leak 		  DURING REPAIRS

We removed ballast & located Leak
DURING REPAIRS

Then cleaned the Membrane		 DURING REPAIRS

Patched the EPDM Membrane
AFTER REPAIRS

We replaced the ballast		  

We have a Full-Time Repair Department.  Our phone is answered 24 hours a day.  Normal leaks will be taken care of no later than the following day.  If you consider the leak to be an emergency, we will make repairs any time of day or night.  


 A typical problem is that the side panels of Roof-Top-Units are left loose and in high winds, blow across the roof and slice the membrane.  It is very important that you advise all of your maintenance personnel to secure items on the roof and take care of your TOP INVESTMENT.
